Must be at least 25 years old to reserve and check-in Check-In: 3 PM; Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late Check-Out charge is $150. Call for early Check-In. Security/Reservation Deposit: Reservation deposit of $250 is required. Once received this automatically converts to a security/damage deposit. Any damage to the premises, furnishings, household items, equipment, etc., is the responsibility of the tenant. If no damage occurs, a full refund will occur within 14 days. Payment: Full payment is required within 15 days of Check-In (30 days during Christmas or New Year’s season). Failure to submit timely payment will result in forfeiture of Reservation Deposit and Reservation will be terminated. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs within 45 days of Check-In, full refund will be given otherwise deposit will be forfeited. However, Reservation Deposit may be secured if a future “reservation” is made within three months of original Check-In. Cleaning Fee: $125 and payable with rental payment NO SMOKING: If violation occurs, Security Deposit will be forfeited. Pets are permitted with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Maximum Occupancy: Ten (10).
